At the courtroom Alice finds the King & Queen along with all their knights. The scene of the trial is much like traditional versions though some of the positions like judge and jury are filled in for by animals. The accusation: The Queen of Hearts she made some tarts all on a summer's day;
The Knave of Hearts he stole the tarts and took them clean away.
The trial is absolutely full of nonsense. The jury takes down every unimportant thing down word for word while paying little attention to the actual evidence. All the witnesses brought forward for testimony were not actually at the scene of the crime, these include the Mad Hatter & the Duchess' Cook. Due to this fact all the testimony given is completely useless. As the trial continues on Alice begins to grow larger in her seat, at this time she is called to the witness stand.
